Next working delivery can be selected at checkout to most mainland UK addresses (Excluding Highlands) for an additional cost or FREE when you spend £30
International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at

We are currently unable to process exchanges, the fastest way to is return the unwanted item and place a new order.

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt. To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- In the same condition as received.
- Unused and unworn, with all contents complete.
- Tags (where applicable) attached.
- In original, undamaged packaging.
Failure to meet these requirements will result in your return being rejected and no refund issued.

Once we have received and accepted your return, your refund will be processed and will arrive with you within 7–10 business days (depending on your bank or card provider).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We advise using a tracked service to return the item to us.

Costumes and Accessories must be:
- In the same condition as received.

- Tags (where applicable) attached.

Can I return worn costumes?

You’re welcome to try items on at home to check fit and suitability. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact.
Items that have been worn outside of trying on, used for an event, or show any signs of wear will not be accepted for return. This does not affect your statutory rights.
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Wigs
- Hosiery (tights, stockings, socks)
- Underwear or intimate garments
- Face paint, makeup, or cosmetics
- Fake teeth, fangs, or mouth accessories
- Prosthetics, masks covering the mouth area, or special effects makeup
- Earrings or pierced jewellery
All returns are inspected upon receipt. Any items returned in a condition that does not meet our returns policy may be refused.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is damaged, faulty, incorrect, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours.
Reporting within this timeframe ensures we can resolve the issue quickly. For damaged or incorrect items reported within 48 hours, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in your return being rejected.
